Hello,
I own an older lucent technologies card and have tried before one year to
change its channels from 11 to 14 (i live in germany).
I have used the alchemy programm under windows and have changed the pda
file to 14 channels. Now i have the big problem, that i can not connect
any more to any network (i have tried 2 networks that i own (one dd-wrt
and the other is an avm fritzbox)). I can let the card scanning (under
windows with netstumbler and linux iwlist). That is working.
When i try to connect with windows i never get an ip. Under linux i get an
timeout when asking the AP for an IP(dhcp).
Please help me. I have no idea what i could do. I have not any more the
old pda-file. I have changed the pda to 11 channels again and have flashed
the firmware many times.
